Share Your ICP, Personas and Signals as PDFs

Shipped in 0.6.0 ·

The pages that describe who you sell to — your ICP scoring, your buyer personas, the signals you watch for — now export to PDF from a button in the page header. One click, one document, send it on.

The job this does for you

You’ve done the work: you know which accounts are an A-tier fit and which are a D, you’ve mapped the buying committee, you’ve written down what a good signal looks like. All of that used to live behind a login. A new hire on the train, a marketing colleague without a seat, a management review — none of them could read it without you screen-sharing.

Each of the three pages — ICP, Persona Profiles, and Signals — now has an Export PDF button in its header. You get three separate documents, one per topic, because that’s how people actually want to read them. Attach it to an email, drop it in a shared drive, print it for the offsite.

The export pulls fresh data at the moment you click, so if you renamed a criterion or reweighted a datapoint five seconds ago, the document reflects that — not the state the page happened to load in this morning.

Why this is different

The other tools a sales leader might already own don’t try to do this job. CRM suites, even the ones with an AI add-on bolted onto the account record, are not built to author or export enablement content — the ICP definition and the persona library aren’t first-class objects there in the first place. Data enrichment platforms give you attributes on companies and contacts, not a written explanation of who your buyer is and why. Revenue-intelligence and conversation-analysis tools tell you what happened on calls; they don’t produce the strategy document that new reps need before they ever get on one.

General-purpose AI assistants can draft a persona sheet from a prompt, but the output isn’t tied to the ICP scoring your team actually uses, and it drifts every time you regenerate. The difference here is that the PDF is a render of the same structured record the app scores accounts against — the tier bands, weights, and datapoint percentages in the document are the ones in force.

How it works

Open the ICP page, the Persona Profiles page, or the Signals page and you’ll see an Export PDF button in the header. Click it, wait for the spinner, a file downloads.

Each document is built for reading end-to-end:

  • ICP: cover, status (Draft or live), the A/B/C/D scoring bands with their score ranges and colours, then each criterion with its weight, its datapoints, and the value ranges that put an account into each tier. Each datapoint pill shows its share of the criterion and its net contribution to the total score — a roll-up the app only exposes on hover.
  • Persona Profiles: cover, a drawn 4×4 priority matrix by decision power and pain exposure, a ranked table, then one page per persona with goals, responsibilities, what they’re measured by, every pain with its consequences and metrics, verbatim quotes, and the empathy map.
  • Signals: cover, a coverage summary (how many signals across which areas, estimated cost per company), then signals grouped by area with their frequency, recency window, and the pains each one points to.

Empty states are handled — an ICP with no criteria yet, a persona with no pains linked, a signal with no pain mapping all produce a clean page rather than an error. Romanian, Polish, Czech, Turkish, German and French characters in company and person names are transliterated to their base letters so nothing gets mangled in the output. Long AI-written pain descriptions flow across page breaks without clipping. The export library only loads when you click the button, so the three pages don’t get heavier for users who never export.
